My Dream Woman

I loved this novella. I had pre-ordered it and read it from start to finish on the launch day.

As with other books by this author (see Curtain Call reviewed earlier), the characters are very well written.

The main character, Andi, has a dream world where she is a kick-ass heroine. I think most of us have a dream hero version of ourselves, so this would appeal to most of us. I also loved the choice of the love interest. I don’t want to say too much about her so as not to give any spoilers.

Andi in her real life was insecure and vulnerable rather than arrogant.

The author has promised a second book which I very much look forward to reading. I am sure the author will write it as brilliantly as the first.  I plan to read I Wore Heels to the Apocalypse soon.

This book is currently free on Kindle Unlimited and is priced at £1.99 to buy. I bought my copy and I am glad I did, as I will probably read it again in the future.
